FIELD MAP
Assign each fact to one job
| Product fact | Title | Item Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Brand and product type | Usually essential | Repeat only when needed for clarity |
| Primary size, count or model | Keep when it distinguishes the item | Use for secondary dimensions or context |
| Material or compatibility | Keep only when buyer-critical | Good candidate when supported but too detailed |
| Secondary feature | Remove before identity facts | Move here when the product record supports it |
WORKFLOW
A two-field drafting workflow
- 1. List only facts supported by the product record.
- 2. Put brand, product type and the strongest distinguishing facts in the title.
- 3. Move useful secondary context into Item Highlights instead of repeating it.
- 4. Recount each field independently and remove duplicate phrases.
- 5. Review category requirements before publishing either field.
